We do not publish a fixed price, because every organization starts from a different place. The fee is set after the diagnostic, in a concrete proposal for your case. The 45-minute diagnostic is free.
How long does it take?
Leadership alignment is part of the ICEBERG Program, which runs for 12 weeks. The scope (how many areas take part, how mature your strategy is and how much of the weekly rhythm already exists) is agreed in the proposal, after the diagnostic.
Who should take part?
The CEO or general manager and the leadership team. The Direction Gap is closed at the leadership table; without it, any later effort repeats the problem on a larger scale.
What happens in the 45-minute diagnostic?
A conversation with a LIDERYA expert based on the 3G Method (the Three Gaps). We review where your strategy stalls and tell you which gap is your main one. You leave with clarity, whether you hire us or not.
