LIDERYA IA PRO is the artificial intelligence assistant of LIDERYA Platform, the control center LIDERYA uses to govern strategy execution. It reviews how clear commitments are, proposes measurable objectives and results based on the vision, and helps leadership understand what is holding back each initiative. Its reasoning engine is a state-of-the-art AI model. And it has one non-negotiable rule: AI analyzes and proposes; leadership decides.
This essay explains the problem it solves, what AI does well when it comes to executing a strategy, what it must never do, and how we use it today inside the Control Center.
Why strategy stalls in execution
Most organizations do not have an ideas problem. They have a follow-up problem. The plan is approved and handed out, and within a few weeks leadership starts spending its time on something that was in no plan at all: chasing progress.
That work has a cost that is rarely measured. Hours of meetings to piece together the real status of each initiative. Reports that show activity but do not let anyone verify progress. Commitments written so broadly that no one can say whether they were met. And above all, deviations that are caught late, when fixing them already costs twice as much.
When this happens, the nature of the leadership conversation changes. It stops being “What did we decide?” and becomes “Does anyone know how we are doing?” Strategy does not fail for lack of talent. It fails because the system that should support it consumes the attention of the very people who should be making decisions.
What AI does well in strategy execution, and what it must not do
Artificial intelligence does not execute strategy for anyone. What it can do is take off leadership’s plate part of the repetitive work that today distracts it from deciding. In practice, AI is useful when it:
- Reads a lot of text in little time and flags what is ambiguous: a commitment with no clear deliverable, no owner or no date.
- Proposes a first version for a person to correct: a measurable objective, a key result with a target and a unit, a more precise wording.
- Organizes the context before a meeting: what is stalled, what puts an objective at risk, what needs to be agreed.
- Asks the uncomfortable question nobody asked: how will we know this is done?
And there are things AI must not do, however good it is:
- Set priorities. Choosing what gets done and what gets dropped is leadership’s responsibility, because it involves trade-offs only leadership can own.
- Mark something as done. Progress is validated with evidence, and that validation is done by a person.
- Change the strategy on its own. No proposal should enter the plan without explicit approval.
- Replace the conversation. AI prepares the meeting; it does not stand in for it.
AI analyzes and proposes; leadership decides
This principle is known as human-in-the-loop: a person stays inside the loop of every decision. At LIDERYA it is not a statement of intent but a design rule of the platform.
Every suggestion from LIDERYA IA PRO arrives as a proposal. If the person accepts it, the proposal is copied into the form, where it can still be edited. Saving is always a separate step, and a person takes it. In the Studio, where the vision becomes objectives and results, a proposal only becomes part of the strategy when someone clicks “Approve.” The assistant sums it up in its own interface: “I propose; you verify and decide.”
AI can speed up the analysis. Accountability for the decision still has a first and last name.
There is a second reason for this design, more practical than ethical. A strategy only gets executed if the people who carry it feel it is theirs. An objective written by a machine and approved without reading commits no one. An objective that AI helped sharpen and that its owner reviewed, corrected and approved does.
How LIDERYA IA PRO works inside the Control Center
Inside the LIDERYA Platform Control Center, LIDERYA IA PRO uses artificial intelligence to read the context of each screen and respond with concrete proposals. These are the functions available today.
Reviewing how clear each commitment is
When someone drafts a weekly commitment, they can ask LIDERYA IA PRO to review it. The AI assesses whether it is a verifiable deliverable, with an owner and a date, and returns a verdict (clear, could be better or vague), the issues it found, a question to make it more precise and a suggested version. The person decides whether to use it, adjust it or discard it.
Turning the vision into measurable objectives and results
In the Studio, leadership describes its vision, the time horizon and the problem it wants to solve. LIDERYA IA PRO proposes objectives, key results with a starting value, target, unit and date, and possible owners, without repeating what already exists. None of it becomes part of the strategy until a person approves it.
Diagnosing blockers when leadership asks
In the 360 Board, blockers are flagged by the team itself. Based on that information, leadership can ask LIDERYA IA PRO for a diagnosis: what is holding back an objective, which key result is at risk and what needs to be agreed. The AI responds with its reading of the real status; it does not flag blockers on its own or change the status of anything.
Preparing meetings and leadership sessions
Before a meeting, the assistant helps prepare it with the context of the objectives and commitments involved. During the meeting, it can propose which decisions cannot wait. And at the end of the week, it helps draft the executive report. In every case, it delivers text that someone reads, corrects and uses.
Defining what evidence is enough
No progress is marked as done without evidence. When reporting progress, a person can ask the AI what evidence would be enough to prove it. Validation, however, is human: whoever requests the validation defines weighted criteria, and a different reviewer checks, criterion by criterion, whether the evidence meets them. AI helps prepare the proof; it does not approve it.
Where it fits in the ICEBERG Program and the 3G Method
LIDERYA IA PRO is not sold separately. It reaches each organization through the ICEBERG Program, the 12-week executive intervention LIDERYA uses to diagnose where strategy stalls, align leadership, establish a weekly governance rhythm and leave the Control Center running with the team.
AI contributes to the analysis in the diagnostic. Everything starts with the 3G Method and its Three Gaps, which distinguishes whether what is failing is direction, capacity or execution. That distinction matters because each gap calls for a different response, as we explain in Diagnose before you prescribe: the Three Gaps Model.
- In the Direction Gap, AI helps turn a shared vision into measurable objectives, once leadership has agreed on where to go.
- In the Capacity Gap, it helps sharpen initiatives and connect them to the objective they are meant to move.
- In the Execution Gap, it sustains the weekly discipline: clear commitments, defined evidence and meetings that end in decisions.
Put another way: the method says what needs to be governed, the program establishes how to govern it, and AI reduces the work of sustaining it every week.
AI governance and data processing
Using artificial intelligence to manage strategy requires clear rules about information. This is what the LIDERYA Platform terms of service and privacy policy establish:
- The provider of the AI functions acts as a data processor on behalf of LIDERYA.
- The AI provider receives only the context of the function being used: for example, the text of a commitment and the name of its owner, or the message someone writes to the assistant.
- The AI provider is based in the United States, so that context is transferred to that country for processing.
- LIDERYA does not use customer content to train third-party models, and the AI provider’s commercial terms prohibit it from training its models on that content.
- According to the AI provider’s official documentation, its API inputs and outputs are deleted within 30 days, except for the exceptions the provider itself sets out.
- No suggestion is added to the strategy without a user’s explicit approval, and verification and decisions always belong to the Organization.
The history of conversations with the assistant is stored on the LIDERYA platform under the same retention periods as the rest of the content. Each organization’s own requirements are reviewed in the initial diagnostic, together with its internal policies, before any sensitive information is loaded.
AI does not close the gap. It helps you see it in time
No tool, however sophisticated, turns a confusing strategy into a clear one or a misaligned team into a committed one. What well-governed AI can do is free leadership from the work of chasing progress and give it back time for what only leadership can do: decide.
Frequently asked questions
What is LIDERYA IA PRO?
It is the artificial intelligence assistant of LIDERYA Platform. It reviews how clear commitments are, proposes measurable objectives and results based on the vision, and helps leadership diagnose blockers and prepare meetings. It saves nothing without a person’s approval.
Does the AI make decisions about my strategy?
No. LIDERYA IA PRO analyzes and proposes; leadership decides. Every suggestion arrives as a proposal, the person can edit it, and saving is always a separate step taken by a user.
Does the AI validate the teams’ progress?
No. Validating progress is a human task: weighted criteria are defined and a different reviewer checks whether the evidence meets them. The AI can help define what evidence would be enough, but it does not approve or reject.
What happens if the AI is not available?
The platform keeps working normally: commitments, evidence, meetings and boards all operate, though with the risk of not having clear context.
Is my organization’s data used to train models?
No. Under the LIDERYA Platform terms of service and privacy policy, customer content is not used to train third-party models, and the commercial terms of the AI functions provider prohibit it. The provider receives only the context each function needs.
Can I buy LIDERYA IA PRO separately?
No. LIDERYA IA PRO is part of LIDERYA Platform, which is deployed through the ICEBERG Program, together with the priorities, owners and follow-up rhythm that make it useful.
